Hey everyone, and Happy 2023. Two goals I have for 2023 are 1) to introduce more people to my novel, and 2) take more active steps to make the world a better place.

I’ve decided to kick off Jan 2023 by combining those two things! Giving away free copies of the novel always feels a little weird, because I think the book has value. After all, I put 100s of hours into this little thing. Still, my goal is not to make money here… so I decided that we’re not doing the whole “free book” thing. Instead, I have a two part plan:

A) If anyone buys a copy of Colossus in the month of January, I will match the money you spend as a donation to the Trevor Project. Though I don’t expect to come anywhere close, I’ll have to cap this at $250, as I am currently between day jobs.

B) I will donate any royalties I received for any books sold in January to the Trevor Project as well.

How to help: If you do buy Colossus, please share a screenshot of the receipt with me via any form of communication! If you don’t know me, I recommend screenshot on Mastodon or Facebook or Instagram. Alternatively, let me know through the “Contact Me” section of this website if you’d rather not post anything on social media. All I need to see is a January purchase date, the amount spent, and a first name. PLEASE redact or blur out or otherwise cover up any sensitive personal information.

Free stuff time! In an effort to drum up some new readers and reviews for Colossus, I'm going to give away some stuff.

You'll get an entry per review you leave, so all star reviewers will get multiple entries for reviewing on multiple platforms.
